  • How do I book an appointment?
    Select the "Get Crowned" tab, select your desired style, choose your preferred length, click next to add hair color and other services. Click on add another service, choose your choice of color along with any additional services that you would like to add to your cart. Once you're done adding services, click schedule appointment, select the date and time that works best for you, checkout, and you will then receive a confirmation email. You're on your way to being crowned by the Queen.
  • Do you offer same-day appointments or walk-ins?
    No, I don't offer same-day or walk-in services. My clients book with me sometimes weeks or months in advance.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit when I book?
    All clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking. The deposit amount is based on the price of the style and is due in order to reserve your desired date and time.
  • Will I get a booking reminder?
    When booking with me you will receive a Booking Confirmation email immediately after your deposit is received. You will receive a Booking Reminder 24 hours before your appointment. At this time you will be provided with the studio address.
  • Is braiding hair included in my service?
    When you book with me braiding hair is included with all of my braiding services. Human hair IS NOT provided.
  • Is hair washing included?
    Yes. I offer luxury shampoo services with Design Essential products. Be sure to visit my "luxury package" page. Decide which service fits you best and add your package of choice as another service at checkout.
